Food

Food is an important part of the retreat. The food is, where possible, sourced locally and will be organic and freshly prepared. If you are interested you can be involved in the preparation of the food and hopefully at the end of the days you will be inspired by new ideas about food preparation and presentation. We also welcome ideas from you. In past retreats there has been a lovely sharing of ideas and knowledge between those who have an interest in food. All can benefit by eating the wholesome and lovingly prepared dishes.

Three wholesome vegetarian meals will be served per day with a lighter meal at midday. There will be tea on offer all day. There will be vegan options at every meal. Other needs can also be catered for - please let us know!
