Daily schedule

07:00 -  Hot water and lemon drink

07:30 - Yoga session - starting slowly to warm up the body, then building up to a good workout. Ending with a meditation.

09:30  Organic, vegetarian, wholesome and consciously prepared meal.

11:00  Daily activity (if you would like) this is dependent on the weather and mood. Could include a walk, day trip, tennis. Painting on July retreat.

13:00  Organic, vegetarian, wholesome and consciously prepared meal.

14:30  Massage - if you want (this is not included in the price) or time for yourself. Or preparing the evening meal together. Painting on the July retreat.

17:00  Yoga session, concentrated practice to end the day and prepare for a good sleep. Followed by a meditation.

18:30  Light evening meal.
